
I got this recipe and changed it a little from the original creator Son of Grok. Son of Grok(SOG) has a brilliant website about primal eating and how eating a carb restricted paleo diet helped him achieve weight loss and vibrant health. He also has a mean six pack to boot so check him out.
Ingredients:
- 2lbs/1kg of ground beef. (chicken or pork works well to)
- 3x Capsicum(bell peppers) or as many as you wish to make
- 1x onion red or brown
- Fresh crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp of hot sauce(optional)
- Half of 1 avocado
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preperation:
Brown onion in fry pan
Add ground mince beef to fry pan
Add salt or pepper to browned mince
Cut top of capsicum and remove seeds and white flesh
Once beef has browned spoon the filling into the fresh capsicums
Place in the oven on around 180 dregess celcius until cooked.
Mash avocado and dollop some ontop of the stuffered pepper
DONE! SERVE & ENJOY!
